This is a place I set aside for any manner of miscellanea that might come my way. Either a tidbit that I felt like writing that had no place in any of my fics, a drawing or a composite that I felt the urge to put together. Sometimes it might just be empty. Roll with it : )

>>This is part one and two of the original three part story that became Weight Of The World. I have had several requests to share the cut part of the story, so I decided to just put it here. I will never post this publically, but I don't see why I can't put it here. It is a little interesting, I guess, to see where the story used to be...and what it turned into.

A couple of things. One, this has not been exhaustively edited because I abandoned it before it ever went into beta. There may be redundancies and errors. Two, there are themes and subplots initiated here that I didn't end up using in the final part (the story I posted) so that could be a little confusing. Any references to Crichton's mother's death, for example. I did not end up using that as my underlying thread as I'd originally intended. The death of DK is different too, but the gist is there. I also put Harvey as a much larger component here back when the whole 'mother' arc was there.

All in all, any mistakes (of which there are many) and all inconsistencies can be chalked up to the fact that these words were abandoned for a good reason. Consider yourself warned.
